Decluttering

Having had close personal experience with hoarding, we have had an insight into the unique characteristics and motivations behind hoarders and their lifestyles. Whilst some scenarios may seem like a frustrating mess to many, the culmination of a lifetime of frugality and fear of waste can lead to the keeping and preservation of now-valuable items which would have been discarded by most people. 

When adult children have left the home, they often leave behind the things they no longer use - toys, video games and items relating to popular culture from their youth. We are always looking to buy these items and despair to hear these have been thrown away, because "nobody wanted them..."

With a growing modern movement (especially among the younger generations) towards minimalist lifestyles, we find many of our clients are faced with a lack of interest in their items by other family members. These days, one can easily find themselves surrounded by clutter, but we're here to help.
